It is used to treat certain infections caused by bacteria such as acute otitis media (inflammation of middle ear leading to pain and fever), tonsilitis (sore throat, difficulty swallowing and tender lymph nodes), chronic bronchitis (inflammation of the airways present in the lungs leading to cough with mucus), community acquired pneumonia (inflammation of lungs leading to congestion), gonorrhoea (sexually transmitted infection in rectum, cervix or vagina).
Milpod DRY SYRUP
It is also used to treat uncomplicated skin and structure infections (rashes, swelling, redness, pain, pus and itching), acute maxillary sinusitis (inflammation around the nasal cavity leading to headache and runny nose) and cystitis (strong, persistent urge to urinate with burning sensation and blood in the urine).
